Tender Description
Punjab Government Servants Housing Scheme Foundation Lahore invites technically and financially strong contractors/firms registered on Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) to participate in the tender for the extension of Society Office (1st Floor) at PGSH Scheme Mohlanwal, Lahore. The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under PPRA-38(2)(a) regulation.

- Extension of Society Office (1st Floor) at PGSH Scheme Mohlanwal, Lahore
The work involves construction and extension activities at the specified site in Lahore. Contractors must have a valid PEC License for Financial Year 2026-2027 in category C-6 and above with specialization code CE-10. Active NTN and PNTN filer status is mandatory. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals online through the Punjab e-Procurement System portal. Earnest money in the form of a digital Bid-Security amounting to 5% of the estimated cost is required in favor of Project Director, PGSHS. The bid security submission will be processed digitally via Punjab e-Procurement System in collaboration with Bank of Punjab.
The tender documents will be available immediately after publication on the Punjab e-Procurement System website. Only technical proposals will be opened on the tender opening date, followed by financial proposal opening of responsive bidders. Conditional bids will not be accepted. The contractor/firm must be responsible for all applicable taxes at the time of payment release.
The submission deadline is on 30.09.2026 at 11:00 AM, with the opening scheduled for 30.09.2026 at 11:30 AM. Bidders are advised to register early on the Punjab e-Procurement System and ensure compliance with all tender requirements.
