Pakistan Single Window (PSW) Islamabad is procuring professional external audit services for a three-year engagement covering financial years 2026-27, 2027-28, and 2028-29. The scope includes annual statutory audits and half-yearly interim reviews, ensuring compliance with Companies Act 2017, SECP regulations, ICAP directives, IFRS, ISAs, tax laws, and other applicable frameworks. The audit firm will review internal controls, IT and ERP systems, accounting policies, revenue recognition, contingent liabilities, fraud risks, and related party transactions. Deliverables include Independent Auditor's Reports, Management Letters, and compliance reviews. Eligible bidders must be registered audit firms with ICAP, have minimum five years relevant experience, and demonstrate strong technical capacity including qualified partners and supervisors.
