The contract duration is one year, with possible extension by mutual consent.
Bidders should ensure compliance with PEC category requirements and maintain valid FBR/ATL status for the fiscal year 2025-26. The bid security of PKR 50,000 must be submitted physically before the closing time, while bids are submitted electronically via EPADS. Firms must also provide affidavits confirming no blacklisting and registration with relevant authorities.
The submission deadline is set for 14th April 2026 at 11:00 a.m., with bid opening conducted online. Physical bids are not accepted except for the bid security. The office address for bid security submission and clarifications is Office #112, 1st Floor, Evacuee Trust Complex, Agha Khan Road, Islamabad.
