Sukkur IBA University invites bids for the External Development of Admin Block at IBA Public School Sukkur, located in Sukkur, Sindh. Items being procured: - Excavation in foundation of buildings (15,453 P.Cft) - Dismantling brick or flagged flooring (4,800 P.Sft) - Preparing sub-base course with stone metal (220 % Cft) - Earthwork compaction (10,000 P.Cft) - Filling and compaction of earth in floor (8,040 P.Cft) - Cement concrete plain 1:4:8 (7,627.29 P.Cft) - Precast kerb blocks (2,204 P.Rft) - Cement concrete paving blocks natural colour (11,500 P.Sft) - Cement concrete paving blocks pigmented (11,500 P.Sft) - uPVC Class D pipes 150 mm diameter (200 P.Rft) - Manholes 2' x 2' x 3'6" deep (4 Each) - Brick work in foundation and plinth (337.5 P.Cft) The scope includes site clearing, earthworks, concrete works, masonry, drainage installation, and finishing as per detailed technical specifications and drawings. Bidders must hold a valid PEC licence category C-6 or above with specialization CE-01(i), be registered with FBR and SRB, and have an average annual turnover not less than the estimated cost. A Bid Security of Rs. 300,000/- is required. The contract duration is 90 days from commencement. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by 19 November 2026 at 03:00 PM, with technical proposals opened the same day at 03:30 PM.
