Fabrication of 1.25-1.5 M3 Mini Tripper/Mini Dumper for Solid Waste Management

Tehsil Municipal Administration Bahrain, District Bar Swat, is inviting e-tenders for the fabrication of solid waste machinery as part of its ongoing efforts to enhance municipal waste management. The department has received funds from the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and seeks quotations from well-reputed and experienced manufacturers or fabricators who possess valid NTN, GST, and 3S facility for sale, service, and spare parts within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement is being conducted under the single stage two-envelope method as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Fabrication of 1.25-1.5 M3 Mini tripper/Mini Dumper as per specifications in SBDs, complete in all respect (Quantity: 2) The chassis for the work will be supplied by the TMA. Bidders must be registered on the EPAD portal and submit their bids electronically through EPADS. Quotations must reach the office of TMA Bahrain by 08/09/2026 at 2:00 PM via registered courier service. Late, incomplete, or manual bids will not be entertained. The technical proposals will be evaluated as per the bid document, and only compliant bids will be considered for financial opening. A two percent bid security of the total bid price in the form of CDR, in the name of TMO, TMA Bahrain, is mandatory and must be submitted in a sealed envelope before the deadline. All applicable taxes, including Sales Tax, Income Tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties, will apply. Rates should be quoted on a FOR basis with free delivery to the TMA office. The successful bidder will be required to provide operational training to staff. The purchase order is subject to the release of funds.
