Tender Description
The Tehsil Municipal Officer Shahalam Peshawar is procuring fabrication services for sanitation vehicles. This tender covers the fabrication, installation, testing, and commissioning of hydraulic mini dumper bodies, heavy-duty tractor trolleys compatible with Al-Ghazi tractors, and front-end loader and backhoe attachments for Al-Ghazi tractors. The project is based in Peshawar and involves the supply and complete operational readiness of these sanitation vehicles.
The technical scope includes fabrication of three hydraulic mini dumper bodies, two heavy-duty tractor trolleys, and one front-end loader attachment. The contractor will be responsible for installation, testing, commissioning, painting, and delivery of fully operational vehicles. A minimum one-year defect liability and warranty period is required from the date of successful commissioning. The successful bidder must also provide operational training to the staff of the procuring entity.
Eligible bidders must be registered with PEC, Local Council Board, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA) with active status on the FBR portal. Contractors, fabricators, and manufacturers with relevant experience in similar works are invited to participate. Technical and financial bids must be submitted electronically via e-PADS and also sent in sealed envelopes to the TMO office in Shahalam, Peshawar before the deadline.
The last date for submission is 15th July 2026 at 12:30 PM, with technical bids opening at 2:00 PM the same day. Earnest money and call deposits must be submitted as per KPPRA rules. Bids will be evaluated on technical responsiveness before financial bids are opened. Bidders should ensure their proposals are numbered and include a table of contents. Any overwriting or disfiguring in bids may lead to rejection.
A practical tip for bidders is to carefully prepare the technical proposal with clear documentation and ensure timely submission both electronically and physically. Early submission via registered courier is recommended to avoid last-minute issues and disqualification.
