Tender Description
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Abbottabad is procuring fabrication services for solid waste machinery to enhance its waste management capabilities in Abbottabad city. This procurement includes the supply and fabrication of front end loaders, back hoes, mini tippers, and tractor trolleys as per detailed specifications. The chassis will be provided by TMA Abbottabad, and the fabrication must be complete in all respects, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with technical requirements.
Eligible bidders must be well reputed manufacturers, fabricators, or suppliers with valid NTN, GST, and renewed PEC registration along with a 3S facility (Sale, Service & Spare parts) within Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement follows the KPPRA single stage two envelope method, requiring separate technical and financial bids submitted electronically via the EPADS platform. The technical evaluation will be stringent, and only responsive bids will proceed to financial opening.
Bidders should note the earnest money requirement of 2% bid security in the form of a CDR payable to TMO TMA Abbottabad. All applicable taxes including Sales Tax, Income Tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties will be enforced as per government rules. Delivery terms are FOR TMA office with free supply and delivery. Successful bidders will also be responsible for providing complete operational training to TMA staff.
The deadline for bid submission is 15th July 2026 at 12:00 PM, with technical bids opening the same day at 2:00 PM. Bidders are advised to ensure timely submission through the EPADS portal and to prepare their technical documentation carefully to avoid rejection. Manual, incomplete, or late bids will not be entertained.
