Tender Description
Tehsil Municipal Administration Badbher Peshawar invites experienced manufacturers, fabricators, and suppliers to fabricate solid waste machinery. This tender is open to firms with valid NTN, GST, renewed PEC registration, and 3S facility including Sale, Service & Spare Parts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The chassis will be supplied by TMA Badbher Peshawar.
Items being procured:
- Supply/Fabrication of Tractor (4WD) Front end loader and Backhoe as per specifications complete in all respect (01 No)
- Supply/Fabrication of 1—1.5M3 Mini Tipper (02 Nos)
- Supply/Fabrication of Tractor Trolley (02 Nos)
The technical scope includes fabrication of heavy machinery components suitable for solid waste management. The work will be executed at the TMA Badbher Peshawar site. Bidders must comply with KPPRA rules for single stage two envelope bidding, submitting technical and financial bids separately via the EPADS system. Original 2% bid security in the form of CDR in the name of TMO, TMA Badbher Peshawar is mandatory. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties will be applicable. Delivery is on FOR basis to the TMA office.
Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS and have relevant PEC categories, NTN, GST, and FBR/ATL registration. Experience in fabrication and supply of similar machinery is essential. Incomplete or late bids will be rejected. Successful bidders will provide operational training to TMA staff.
The tender closing date is **18-08-2026** at 12:30 PM, with technical bids opening at 2:00 PM the same day. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS and physical CDR delivered to the Tehsil Municipal Officer office at Man Kohat Road, near Ring Road Flyover, Garhi Qamar Din, Peshawar.
