Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Takht-e-Nasrati District Karak is inviting bids for the fabrication of solid waste machinery. This procurement targets well reputed and experienced manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers, or firms with valid NTN, GST, renewed PEC registration, and 3S facility (Sale, Service & Spare parts) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement follows the Single Stage Two Envelope method under KPPRA Rules 2014. Items being procured: - Supply / Fabrication of Front-end loader and Back Hoe as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 1) - Supply / Fabrication of 1 – 1.5M3 Mini Tipper (Qty: 2) - Supply / Fabrication of Tractor Trolley (Qty: 2) The technical scope includes fabrication and supply of heavy machinery specifically designed for solid waste management. The chassis for the work will be supplied by the TMA. All rates must be quoted on FOR basis with free delivery to the TMA office. The successful bidder will also provide complete operational training to the staff. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered on the EPAD link, possess NTN, GST, valid PEC registration, and FBR/Tax Payer certification. Letter of authorization approved by competent authority may be required. Bidders must submit a 2% bid security in the form of CDR in the name of TMO TMA Takht-e-Nasrati. The tender documents must be submitted/uploaded on EPADS or before 31-07-2026 at 12:00 PM. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 2:00 PM. Incomplete, conditional, late submissions or hand bids will not be accepted. Purchase order issuance is subject to fund release. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your bid security CDR is correctly prepared and submitted in a sealed envelope to avoid disqualification. Also, carefully follow the EPAD submission process to prevent technical rejection.
