Tender Description
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Khanpur in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is procuring solid waste machinery to enhance its waste management capabilities. This procurement includes fabrication and supply of mini tippers/dumpers of 1.5 cubic meters capacity, front end loader and backhoe with sunshade, and hydraulic tipping trolleys with pentle hook and sunshade. The department will provide chassis and tractors where applicable, ensuring bidders focus on fabrication and supply only.
The technical scope covers fabrication of four types of machinery: two mini tippers/dumpers, one mini tipper for encroachment sanitation, one front end loader and backhoe, and two hydraulic tipping trolleys with complete accessories. All machinery must meet the department’s specifications and be delivered to the TMA Khanpur office. The successful bidder will also provide a minimum one-year comprehensive warranty and operational training to TMA staff at their own expense.
Eligible bidders must be manufacturers or fabricators with NTN, GST, and a valid facility license for sale, service, and spare parts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Registration on the EPADs portal is mandatory, and bids must be submitted online with separate sealed envelopes for technical and financial proposals. Earnest Money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt equal to 2% of the bid price is required and must be enclosed with the technical bid.
The tender closes on 20th July 2026 at 11:00 AM, with technical bids opening the same day at 12:30 PM. Bids must be sent via registered mail or postal service; manual hand deliveries are not accepted. The department reserves the right to reject any bid under KPPRA Rules 2014.
