Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery

The Tehsil Municipal Administration, Badhber Peshawar, invites experienced manufacturers, fabricators, and suppliers to participate in the fabrication of solid waste machinery. This tender is specifically for firms with valid NTN, GST, renewed PEC registration, and 3S facility (Sale, Service & Spare Parts) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The chassis for the machinery will be supplied by TMA Badhber Peshawar. Items being procured: - Supply/Fabrication of Tractor (4WD) Front end loader and Back hoe as per specifications, complete in all respect (01 No) - Supply/Fabrication of 1—1.5M3 Mini Tipper (02 Nos) - Supply/Fabrication of Tractor Trolley (02 Nos) The technical scope includes fabrication of solid waste machinery with supplied chassis, ensuring full compliance with specifications and quality standards. The work will be executed in Peshawar under the supervision of TMA Badhber. Bidders must be registered on the EPADS portal and submit their bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope method as per KPPRA Rules 2014. Original bid security of 2% of the total bid price in the form of CDR must be sealed and submitted to the Tehsil Municipal Officer office. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, GST, PEC registration, and experience in fabrication and supply of similar machinery. Bidders must also provide operational training to staff upon successful contract award. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties will be enforced as per government rules.
