Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery for Tehsil Municipal Officer Judba Torghar

The Local Government, Elections & Rural Development Department of Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites e-tenders for the fabrication of solid waste machinery specifically for the Tehsil Municipal Officer Judba Torghar. This procurement aims to enhance solid waste management capabilities in Judba Torghar by acquiring machinery fabricated to exact specifications. Items being procured: - Supply / Fabrication of Front end loader and Back hoe as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 01) - Supply / Fabrication of 1 – 1.5M3 Mini tipper as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 01) - Supply / Fabrication of Tractor Trolley as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 01) The chassis for the machinery will be supplied by the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA). Bidders must be manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers, or firms with NTN, GST, valid and renewed PEC registration, and 3S facility for sale, service, and spare parts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement follows the single stage two envelope method under KPPRA Rules 2014 (Technical and Financial). Eligibility requires registration on the EPAD portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration). The technical bids must be submitted/uploaded through EPADS on or before **8/9/2026 11:30 am**. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. A 2% original bid security in the form of CDR in the name of 'TMO TMA Judba Torghar' must be sealed and submitted before the closing date and time. All applicable taxes including Sales tax, Income tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties as per government rules will apply. Rates should be quoted on FOR basis with free supply/delivery to the TMA office. The successful bidder will provide complete operational training to staff. Incomplete, conditional, late, or manual bids will not be accepted. Purchase orders are subject to fund release. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders with cogent reasons as per KPPRA Rules.
