Tender Description
The Tehsil Municipal Officer Darazinda under the Local Government, Elections & Rural Development Department Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites E-tenders for the fabrication of solid waste machinery. This procurement is aimed at acquiring machinery from well reputed and experienced manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers, or firms with valid NTN, GST, renewed PEC registration, and DS 35 facility in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement follows the single stage two envelope method of KPPRA Rules 2014, covering both technical and financial bids.
Items being procured:
- Supply/Fabrication of Front end loader and Back hoe as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 01)
- Supply/Fabrication of 1-1.5M3 Mini tipper as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 03)
- Supply/Fabrication of Tractor Trolley as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 02)
The chassis for the work shall be supplied by the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA). The bidders must submit their bids through the EPADS portal (https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration) on or before 20-10-2026 at 11:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. A 2% original bid security in the form of CDR in the name of TMO TMA Darazinda is required and must be sealed and submitted before the closing date and time. All applicable taxes including Sales tax, Income tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties as per government rules will be applicable. Rates should be quoted on a free on road (FOR) basis with free supply and delivery to the TMA office. The successful bidder will provide complete operational training to the staff. Incomplete, conditional, late, or manual bids will not be entertained. Purchase orders will be subject to release of funds. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders with cogent reasons as per KPPRA Rules.
Bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission guidelines on the EPADS portal and ensure all required documents and bid securities are properly submitted to avoid disqualification.
