Tender Description
The Local Government, Elections & Rural Development Department Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites E-tenders (EPADS) for the fabrication of solid waste machinery specifically for the Tehsil Municipal Officer Dourmera in Dourmera city. The procurement is aimed at acquiring machinery from manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers, or firms with valid NTN, GST, renewed PEC registration, and 3S facility for sale, service, and spare parts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Items being procured:
- Supply/Fabrication of Front end loader and Back hoe as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 01)
- Supply/Fabrication of 1-1.5M3 Mini tipper as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 01)
- Supply/Fabrication of Tractor Trolley as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 01)
The technical scope includes fabrication according to specifications with chassis supplied by TMA. The procurement follows the single stage two envelope method under KPPRRA Rules 2014, requiring technical and financial bids submitted via EPADS portal. The technical bids will be opened on the same day as submission deadline.
Eligibility criteria include registration on EPAD link, NTN, GST, valid PEC registration, and compliance with all applicable taxes including Sales tax, Income tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties. A 2% bid security in the form of CDR in the name of TMO TMA Dourmera is mandatory. Bidders must quote rates on FOR basis with free delivery to TMA office and provide operational training to staff upon successful award.
The tender submission deadline is **8th September 2026 at 11:30 AM**. Bids must be uploaded on or before this time. Late, incomplete, conditional, or manual bids will not be accepted. Purchase orders are subject to fund release. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPPRRA rules.
