Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery for Tehsil Municipal Administration Hassan Khel

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Hassan Khel in District Khyber invites bids for the fabrication of solid waste machinery. This procurement targets well-reputed manufacturers, fabricators, and suppliers with NTN, GST, and PEC registration (category 3S) for sale, service, and spare parts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The chassis for the machinery will be supplied by the TMA itself. Items being procured: - Supply / Fabrication of (Tractor 4wd) Front and Back per specifications, quantity 01 - Supply / Fabrication of 1 - 1.5M3 mini tipper, quantity 02 - Supply / Fabrication of Tractor Trolley, quantity 01 The scope includes complete fabrication in all respects according to specifications. Bidders must be registered on the EPAD system and submit bids under the Single Stage Two Envelope method as per KPPRA 2014 rules. Technical and financial bids are to be submitted/uploaded on EPADS by 21-09-2026 at 1:00 pm, with technical bids opening the same day at 2:00 pm. Eligibility requires NTN, GST, PEC 3S category, and registration on the KP e-procurement portal. A 2% bid security in the form of CDR payable to TMA Hassan Khel must be sealed and submitted before the deadline. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, and stamp duties will apply. Rates should be quoted on FOR basis with free delivery to the TMA office. The successful bidder will provide operational training to staff. Incomplete, conditional, late, or manual bids will not be accepted. Purchase orders are subject to fund release. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPPRA rules.
