Tender Description
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Mir Ali is procuring fabrication services for solid waste machinery to enhance waste management capabilities in Mir Ali, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This tender invites experienced manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers, and firms with valid NTN, GST, and renewed PEC registration along with 3S facility (Sale, Service & Spare parts) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to participate under the single stage two envelope method as per KPPRA Rules 2014.
Items being procured:
- Supply / Fabrication of Front end loader and Back hoe as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 1)
- Supply / Fabrication of 1 – 1.5M3 Mini tipper as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 2)
- Supply / Fabrication of Tractor Trolley as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 1)
The technical scope includes complete fabrication of the specified solid waste machinery with all required specifications. The chassis for the work will be supplied by the TMA. All rates must be quoted on FOR basis with free supply and delivery to the TMA office. The successful bidder will also provide complete operational training to the staff. The procurement process requires submission of original two percent bid security in the form of CDR in the name of TMO TMA Mir Ali. All applicable taxes including sales tax, income tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties will be enforced as per government rules.
Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, GST, renewed PEC registration, and 3S facility in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders must be registered on the EPAD portal and submit their bids electronically before the deadline. The technical bids will be opened on the same day as submission. Incomplete, conditional, late, or manual bids will not be entertained.
