Tender Description
The Local Government, Elections & Rural Development Department Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites E-Tenders for the fabrication of solid waste machinery specifically for the Tehsil Municipal Administration (TMA) Palas. This procurement aims to enhance solid waste management capabilities in Palas by acquiring specialized machinery fabricated to exact specifications.
Items being procured:
- Supply/Fabrication of Front end loader and Back hoe as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 01)
- Supply/Fabrication of 1-1.5M3 Mini tipper as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 02)
- Supply/Fabrication of Tractor Trolley as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 01)
The chassis for the machinery will be supplied by the TMA. Bidders must be well-reputed manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers, or firms with valid NTN, GST, renewed PEC registration, and 3S facility for Lease, Sale, Service & Spare parts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement follows the KP Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KPPR) Rules 2014 under a single stage two envelope method (Technical and Financial).
Eligible bidders must be registered on the EPAD portal and submit their bids electronically through EPADS by 12 October 2026 till 11:30 am. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 pm. A 2% bid security in the form of CDR in the name of TMO TMA Palas is required. All applicable taxes including Sales Tax, Income Tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties will be applicable. Rates should be quoted on FOR basis with free delivery to the TMA office. The successful bidder will provide complete operational training to the staff.
Incomplete, conditional, late, or manual bids will not be accepted. Purchase orders are subject to release of funds. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPPR rules.
Bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission instructions and ensure compliance with all requirements to avoid disqualification.
