Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Pishtakhara Peshawar invites bids for the fabrication of solid waste machinery. This procurement is aimed at enhancing the waste management capabilities of the TMA Pishtakhara, located in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The department seeks experienced manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers, or firms with valid NTN, GST, renewed PEC registration, and 3S facility (Sale, Service & Spare parts) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Items being procured: - Supply / Fabrication of (Tractor 4wd) Front end loader and Back hoe as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 01) - Supply / Fabrication of 1 – 1.5M3 Mini tipper (Qty: 02) - Supply / Fabrication of Tractor Trolley (Qty: 02) The technical scope includes fabrication of solid waste machinery with the chassis supplied by TMA. The work requires adherence to specifications ensuring quality and operational efficiency. The successful bidder will also provide complete operational training to the staff. Eligibility criteria include registration on the EPAD portal, NTN, GST, PEC, and experience in similar works. Bidders must submit their bids through the Single Stage Two Envelope method as per KPPRA Rules 2014. The Earnest Money in the form of 2% CDR must be sealed and submitted to the office of the defunct TMA, Town-III, Circular Road, University Town Peshawar. The submission deadline is **27-07-2026, 12:30 pm**, with technical bids opening the same day at 2:00 pm. All applicable taxes including Sales tax, Income tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties will be applicable. Rates should be quoted on FOR basis with free delivery to the TMA office.
