Fabrication of Solid Waste Machinery for Tehsil Municipal Administration Wana

The Tehsil Municipal Administration Wana under the Local Government, Elections & Rural Development Department of Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites experienced and reputable manufacturers, fabricators, suppliers, and firms to submit e-tenders for the fabrication of solid waste machinery. This procurement is specifically for the city of Wana in South Waziristan Lower. The items being procured include: - Supply / Fabrication of Front end loader and Back hoe as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 01) - Supply / Fabrication of 1 – 1.5M3 Mini tipper as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 02) - Supply / Fabrication of Tractor Trolley as per specifications complete in all respect (Qty: 01) The technical scope requires the fabrication of machinery components with full compliance to specifications. The chassis for the work will be supplied by the Tehsil Municipal Administration. Eligible bidders must have NTN, GST, valid and renewed PEC registration, and 3S facility i.e. Sale, Service & Spare parts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The bidding process follows the single stage two envelope method under KPPRA Rules 2014, including technical and financial bids. Bidders must register on the EPAD portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/#/supplier/registration and submit/upload their e-bids through EPADS by the deadline of 28-08-2026 till 11:30 am. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 12:00 PM. A 2% bid security in the form of CDR in the name of 'TMO TMA Wana' is required and must be sealed and submitted before the closing date and time. All applicable taxes including Sales tax, Income tax, KPRA taxes, and stamp duties will apply. Rates should be quoted on FOR basis with free delivery to the TMA office. The successful bidder will provide complete operational training to the staff. Incomplete, conditional, late, or manual bids will not be entertained. Purchase orders are subject to fund availability. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per KPPRA Rules.
