Tender Description
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Garhi Kapoora in District Mardan is procuring the fabrication of a super structure for 1 to 1.5 cubic meter Mini Dumper or Mini Tipper. This procurement is funded by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and aims to enhance solid waste machinery capabilities locally.
The technical scope includes the complete fabrication of the super structure for the mini dumper/mini tipper. The chassis will be supplied by the TMA Garhi Kapoora, while the fabricator is responsible for the superstructure. The work requires experienced manufacturers, fabricators, or suppliers with valid NTN, KPRA registration, and a renewed PEC registration with a valid LCB license. The firm must also have a 3S facility for sale, service, and spare parts in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, preferably with a workshop in District Mardan or near the TMA Garhi Kapoora office.
Bidders must submit a non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 5,000 and provide a 2% earnest money in the form of a Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR) in the name of TMO Garhi Kapoora. The bidding process follows the single stage two envelope method under KPPRA rules 2014, requiring separate technical and financial bids. All applicable taxes will be deducted as per government rules.
The tender documents can be downloaded from the EPADS portal one day before the closing date. The last date to obtain the tender form from the TMA Garhi Kapoora office is 17th May 2026 at 2:00 pm. The tender document submission deadline is 18th May 2026 at 12:00 pm, with the opening of the tender documents scheduled for the same day at 12:30 am.
