Fabrication of Vehicles for Establishment of Mobile Food Testing Laboratories FY 2026-2027

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety & Halal Food Authority invites bids for the fabrication of vehicles to establish mobile food testing laboratories for the fiscal year 2026-2027. This procurement is conducted under the KP Public Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended 2022) through the KP-EPADS system using a National Open Competitive Bidding method with a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. Items being procured: - Fabrication of Five (05) Vehicles for Establishment of Mobile Food Testing Laboratories The scope includes the complete fabrication and outfitting of five vehicles to serve as mobile laboratories capable of conducting food safety tests on-site. These vehicles will be equipped with necessary laboratory instruments and facilities to ensure food safety compliance across the province. Bidders must comply with all technical specifications and evaluation criteria detailed in the bid solicitation documents. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Demand Draft (DD) equivalent to 2% of the total bid cost must be submitted in original along with the bid. The bid submission and opening will be conducted electronically via the KP-EPADS portal. Key dates include the bid closing on 28th October 2026 at 01:00 PM, with technical bid opening on the same day at 02:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 13th October 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Directorate General office in Peshawar.
