Feasibility Study and Detailed Engineering Drawings for Uplifting, Conservation and Revitalization of The Walled City Of Peshawar Under Peshawar Revitalization Plan

The Directorate General of Archaeology and Museums Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites reputed consultancy firms or joint ventures to submit proposals for a comprehensive feasibility study and detailed engineering design. The project focuses on the uplifting, conservation, and revitalization of the historic Walled City of Peshawar under the Peshawar Revitalization Plan. This tender is specifically for consultancy services including detailed surveys, engineering design, preparation of PC-1/DCE, tender documents, and implementation programming. The scope includes conducting detailed surveys and engineering designs to preserve and enhance the cultural heritage site. The consultancy firm will be responsible for preparing all technical documentation and ensuring the project meets the highest standards of conservation and urban revitalization. The work is based in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and requires firms with relevant experience in heritage conservation and urban planning. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) as consulting engineering firms in the relevant discipline. They must also have valid NTN and Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPRA). Firms must not be blacklisted and should provide an affidavit to that effect. The tender documents can be obtained from the Engineering Wing of the Directorate General of Archaeology and Museums upon payment of Rs. 2,000. The last date for submission of proposals through the mandatory E-PADS system is 25th May 2026 at 12:30 PM, with the technical bid opening scheduled for the same day at 2:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 14th May 2026 at 12:30 PM at the office of the undersigned. Interested firms should ensure timely registration and submission via the E-PADS portal to avoid disqualification.
