The Directorate General of Fisheries, Government of Balochistan, invites electronic proposals through the Electronic Public Procurement System (EPPS) for a consultancy assignment focused on the establishment of a shrimp hatchery at Gaddani. Eligibility criteria include completion of at least one assignment of similar nature and complexity, a minimum turnover of PKR 20,000,000 over the last three consecutive years, valid registration with FBR for Income Tax, presence on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL), and a valid Balochistan Revenue Authority (BRA) registration certificate. PEC/PCAD registration is required as applicable. The firm or joint venture must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan. Additionally, the consultant must have experience in commercial shrimp farming and provide Aquaculture Product Traceability Certificates issued by a government entity.
