Procurement of Feed Ingredients for Military Dairy Farm Karachi 2026/27

Military Dairy Farm Karachi invites sealed bids from reputable firms for the supply of various feed ingredients for the financial year 2026/27. The procurement is aimed at ensuring a consistent and high-quality supply of feed materials to support dairy operations at the Karachi facility. Interested suppliers must submit their technical and financial bids in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in the tender document. Items being procured: - Corn Grain (67 tons) - Canola Meal (81 tons) - Sunflower Meal (43 tons) - Molasses (2 tons) - Calcium Carbonate (5 tons) - NaCl (9 tons) - Toxin Binder (2.60 tons) - Rapeseed Meal (43 tons) All items must meet the specified quality standards and permissible limits as detailed in the tender documents. Bidders are required to provide a valid source of supply for each feed ingredient, and the Toxin Binder must comply with the stated technical requirements. The earnest money in the form of CDR/DD/Pay Order equivalent to 2 percent of the bid value must be attached with the bid. Only firms registered with FBR and appearing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) are eligible to participate. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the office of the undersigned by 14 October 2026 at 01:00 PM. Late submissions will not be entertained, and incomplete bids may be rejected without further correspondence. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 01:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
