Procurement of Filing Cabinets for Storage of Office Files and Records at Jinnah Medical Construction Company-JMC Islamabad

The Jinnah Medical Construction Company-JMC (JMC) Islamabad invites sealed bids through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 for the procurement of filing cabinets to ensure safe, organized, and efficient storage of office files, records, stationery, and related documents across its office spaces. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to meet the increasing documentation and record-keeping needs of the organization. Items being procured: - 6 Large / Full-Height Filing Cabinets for open office spaces, approx. size 39" W × 17" D × 77" H, made of high-quality MFC/MDF/laminated engineered wood with double-door configuration, 8 shelves, lockable doors, metallic handles, white color preferred - 6 Small / Compact Filing Cabinets for closed offices, approx. size 39" W × 17" D × 30"–32" H, compact double-door design, 2 internal shelves, lockable doors, durable metallic fittings, white color preferred The cabinets must be sturdy, stable, and suitable for regular office use with a corporate office-appropriate finish that is scratch-resistant and easy to maintain. Delivery, placement, and assembly/installation at designated JMC premises locations are required. Vendors must replace any damaged or defective items at no additional cost and ensure uniformity in finish and aesthetics. Bidders should provide product data sheets or pictures with their bids. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, at least two years of relevant experience, and submission of minimum four purchase orders or completion certificates for similar assignments. A mandatory pre-bid site visit is required to verify space availability and scope, with a signed Site Survey & Calculation Report attached to the bid. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Bid opening will occur the same day at 11:30 AM on EPADS.
