Provision of Financial, Legal and Litigation Services on Closed Framework Agreement Basis

The Balochistan Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (BPPPRA) in Quetta is inviting Expression of Interest for the provision of financial, legal, and litigation services under a closed framework agreement without rates basis. This procurement targets well reputed legal and financial service providers who meet the eligibility criteria and can deliver high-quality consultancy and advisory services to the department. The scope includes provision of financial and technical services, legal services, and lawyer/litigation services under contract framework agreements. Eligible bidders must have completed at least three assignments of similar nature and complexity, be present on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL), and must not be blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan.
