Tender Description
The Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) is seeking experienced and reputable financial service providers (FSPs) including banks and digital/mobile financial service providers for the provision of cash transfer services to beneficiaries under humanitarian and development programmes across Pakistan. This procurement opportunity is based in Islamabad and aims to engage qualified firms capable of managing secure and efficient cash disbursement systems.
The technical scope involves delivering cash transfer services nationwide, ensuring timely and transparent payments to beneficiaries. Interested firms must demonstrate relevant experience in financial service delivery, particularly in humanitarian contexts. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration and Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status. Firms with proven track records in similar projects and sound financial standing will be preferred.
Key dates include the submission deadline on 16th July 2026 by 3:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 3:30 PM. Interested bidders can obtain the Expression of Interest (EOI) documents by sending a written request on official letterhead or via email to procurement@prcs.org.pk. Documents are also available for download from the official PRCS website www.prcs.org.pk. The submission address is the PRCS Secretariat at NHQ, Sector H-8, Islamabad.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure that all technical and financial documents are complete and compliant with PRCS requirements before submission. Early collection of EOI documents and thorough preparation of the technical bid will enhance chances of success. Additionally, maintaining clear communication with PRCS procurement officials can help clarify any ambiguities and avoid last-minute issues.
This tender represents a significant opportunity for financial institutions and service providers to contribute to impactful humanitarian efforts while expanding their service portfolio in Pakistan.
