Providing and Installation of Fire Alarm System with Fire Safety Equipment, Electrical Infrastructure Upgradation and Generator Overhauling at Capital Hospital Sector G-6/2 Islamabad

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) invites electronic bids from eligible contractors/firms for the procurement of specialized works at Capital Hospital Sector G-6/2, Islamabad. The scope includes providing and installation of a fire alarm system along with fire safety equipment, upgradation of electrical infrastructure, and overhauling of generators installed at the hospital. Items being procured: - Fire Alarm System - Fire Safety Equipment - Electrical Infrastructure Upgradation - Generator Overhauling This project requires contractors with valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) License Category-4 with specific codes EE-04 and EE-06, and a valid Electrical License issued by the Electrical Inspector Islamabad for execution of electrical and mechanical works in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. Bidders must also be registered with FBR and GSTN and prove eligibility and qualification as per the evaluation criteria in the bidding documents. The bidding process follows a Single Stage - Two Envelope procedure as per Rule-35(b) of PPRA. Electronic Request for Proposal documents containing detailed requirements, terms, and conditions are available on EPADS v2.0 at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bidders must submit their e-bids through EPADS v2.0 on or before the deadline of September 21, 2026, at 11:00 AM. The bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Bid security amounting to Rs. 2,170,610/- in the form of CDR in favor of DDO (P&C), CDA must be submitted at the time of technical bid opening, and a scanned copy of the bid security should be uploaded on EPADS. Notification of GRC is constituted as per Rule-48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and is available on EPADS v2.0. Bidders are advised to carefully review the eligibility criteria and ensure timely submission of bids through the EPADS portal to avoid disqualification. Early preparation of bid security and registration on EPADS will facilitate smooth participation.
