Tender Description
The Relief, Rehabilitation & Settlement Department of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is procuring Fire Brigade Vehicle Chassis specifically for emergency response use in Peshawar. This procurement focuses on the supply of high-quality vehicle chassis designed to meet the technical specifications required for fire brigade operations. The scope includes delivery of chassis suitable for mounting firefighting equipment, ensuring durability and compliance with safety standards.
Eligible bidders must be manufacturers or authorized suppliers with proven experience in supplying fire brigade or emergency response vehicle chassis. Firms should hold valid NTN, be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) with FBR, and registered with KPRA. Submission of a detailed execution plan aligned with the bidding documents is mandatory. A 2% bid security in the form of CDR, SDR, or DD is required to ensure earnest money compliance. Bidders must also provide an affidavit on stamp paper confirming they are not blacklisted by any government or semi-government entity.
Key dates include a pre-bid meeting on 21st April 2026 at 11:00 AM at the department office to clarify technical specifications and scope. The final bid submission deadline is 30th April 2026 at 3:00 PM via the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS). Bids will be opened electronically the same day at 3:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
A practical tip for bidders is to ensure strict compliance with the electronic submission process through E-PADS, as any bid not submitted electronically will be deemed non-responsive. Additionally, preparing a comprehensive technical bid that clearly demonstrates compliance with specifications and includes a robust execution plan will enhance the chances of success. Timely submission and adherence to all eligibility criteria including PEC category if applicable, and tax registrations are critical for consideration.
