Fire Fighting and Fire Safety Equipment and Security Walk Through Checking Gate

The Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC) Islamabad is procuring Fire Fighting and Fire Safety Equipment along with a Security Walk Through Checking Gate under a One Year Framework Agreement. This procurement is based in Islamabad and invites bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized distributors, dealers, and suppliers registered with Pakistan's tax authorities. Items being procured: - Fire Extinguisher DCP 50 Kg (Trolley Mounted) - Fire Extinguisher DCP 5/6 Kg - Fire Extinguisher CO2 2 Kg - Fire Extinguisher CO2 5 Kg - Fire Extinguisher CO2 7 Kg - Fire Extinguisher CO2 40 Kg (Trolley Mounted) - Fire Extinguisher CO2 50 Kg (Trolley Mounted) - Fire Bucket (Mild Steel/GI Sheet, 10 Liter Capacity, Red Powder Coated) - AFFF Fire Extinguisher 9 Liter (2 Gallon) - Fire Smoke Ductor (photoelectric sensor with adjustable alarm) - Fire Hook (Heavy-Duty Mild Steel, Powder Coated) - Fire Beater (Heavy-Duty Rubber Head with Steel Handle) - Walk Through Metal Detector Gate (Multi-Zone Detection, LED Display, Audio & Visual Alarm, UPS Compatible) - Automatic Fire Extinguishing Ball (Suitable for Class A, B & C Fires, 5-Year Service Life) The scope includes supply, delivery, installation, testing, commissioning, training of IBCC staff, warranty services, and after-sales support. The equipment must be brand new, unused, compliant with international standards such as NFPA, UL, FM, BS EN, IEC, and ISO, and suitable for Pakistan's environmental conditions. Installation must follow manufacturer recommendations, including fixing materials and protection of existing finishes. Eligible bidders must be legally registered in Pakistan, registered with FBR and ATL, not blacklisted, and have relevant experience in supplying and installing fire safety equipment and security gates. The bid security is PKR 750,000 in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft. Bids must be submitted in two envelopes: Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal, with technical bids opening on 17th August 2026 at 11:30 AM in the IBCC Committee Room, Islamabad. The delivery locations include IBCC Head Office Islamabad and regional offices in Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar, Quetta, and Bahawalpur. The framework agreement is valid for one year with no minimum procurement quantity guaranteed.
