Procurement of Firefighting Pumps and Flow Meter for PSO EJHD Karachi Aviation Station

Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for the procurement of firefighting pumps and a flow meter for its EJHD Karachi Aviation Station. Items being procured: - Engine Driven Fire Pump 1250 USGPM (Qty: 2) - Jockey Pump 100 USGPM (Qty: 1) - Flow Meter Device (Qty: 1) - Services for Commissioning of Pumps including installation, testing, and commissioning (Qty: 1 job) The engine driven fire pumps are diesel engine driven, horizontal centrifugal type, UL Listed and FM approved, with a capacity of 1250 USGPM and differential head of 347 ft. The jockey pump is motor driven with a capacity of 100 USGPM. The flow meter device is compatible with the pumps and meets NFPA 20 standards. All materials and components are suitable for fresh and underground water use. The supplier/manufacturer or authorized local representative will provide supervision, skilled manpower, tools, and consumables for commissioning, including interconnection of controllers, cabling, tubing, fuel systems, and other accessories. Technical requirements include certified performance curves, hydro test reports, material certificates, foundation and general arrangement drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, warranty certificates, and origin certificates. Pre-shipment factory acceptance tests will be conducted with PSO representatives or third-party inspectors. Name plates with manufacturer details and PSO fixed asset numbers will be affixed on all equipment. Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for 18 months from delivery or one year from commissioning, whichever is earlier. Delivery is expected within 26 weeks after purchase order issuance. Prices must include all taxes, duties, and necessary accessories. Pumps must be brand new and not older than one year from manufacturing date. Bidders must submit compliance and deviation sheets along with technical literature and certificates.
