Pakistan International Airlines Corporation Limited Supply Chain Management Department Karachi invites sealed bids for the flat exchange of APS3200 Auxiliary Power Units (APU) Part No 4500001C S N 3563 installed on PIA A320 fleet. This procurement is specific to Karachi and requires suppliers to provide serviceable or overhauled APS3200 APUs meeting strict technical and certification standards. The technical scope includes APUs with up-to-date MOD status incorporating all applicable Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Mandatory and OEM recommended Service Bulletins (SBs). Certification must be EASA Form-1, FAA Form 8130, TCA Form 24-0078, or PCAA Form 1 for repaired or overhauled APUs. Eligibility requires bidders to be registered with FBR and ATL, and to comply with PEC categories if applicable. Experience in aviation APU exchange or overhaul is essential. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of PKR 500,000 is required from local bidders along with a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 15,000. International bidders must submit a Bid Securing Declaration.
