All works are to be executed as per the approved engineering standards and specifications. Eligible bidders must have valid PEC registration in the relevant category, active FBR (NTN/BRA) registration, and must not have been blacklisted by any government agency. Firms must demonstrate a minimum turnover of 70% of each project cost during the last two years or provide a fresh bank certificate. Bid Security of 3% of the quoted amount is required in the form of a call deposit. The tender fee is Rs. 1500 per lot, to be deposited under Head of Account C-03434. Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of the Executive Engineer, Khirther Canal Division Usta Muhammad, by 9th October 2026 at 12:00 PM.
