Establishment and Outsourcing of Flower Shop Concession at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) is offering a business opportunity for the establishment and outsourcing of a flower shop concession at Allama Iqbal International Airport, Lahore. This concession is for a period of five years or until the finalization of the airport expansion project, whichever is earlier. The flower shop concession is located in the concourse hall of the arrivals area at the airport. Items being procured: - Establishment and operation of Flower Shop concession at Allama Iqbal International Airport Lahore The concession will be awarded on a single stage/two-envelope basis requiring separate sealed technical and financial bids. The license period is five years with a 10% annual enhancement on the cumulative price during subsequent years. Bids must be higher than the reserve price of **PKR 402,365**. Tender forms can be obtained from the office of the Sr. Dy. Director Commercial, AIIAP Lahore, upon submission of a written request with CNIC and NTN certificates and payment of Rs. 5,000 as a non-refundable fee. Eligibility criteria include having relevant experience, good reputation, and sound financial background. Technical evaluation carries 80% weightage. Defaulters of PAA dues are not eligible. Earnest Money must be genuine; any fake or bogus documents will lead to disqualification and blacklisting. Tender documents must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked as Technical Offer and Financial Offer and dropped in the designated box at the office of Airport Manager/COO, AIIAP Lahore by the submission deadline. Late or conditional tenders will not be accepted. Advance income tax will be deducted as per law. The tender opening will be held on 21st July 2026 at 11:30 a.m. in the presence of bidders.
