FortiGate Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) Supply and Installation

Pakistan LNG Limited (PLL) Islamabad Capital Territory is procuring a FortiGate Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW) to enhance its network security infrastructure. This procurement covers the supply, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and migration from the existing FortiGate 100E firewall to the new FortiGate 120G NGFW. The scope includes all required licenses, subscriptions, and support services for a minimum of one year. The technical scope demands a dedicated 1U rack-mountable hardware appliance with proprietary Fortinet FortiSP5 ASIC architecture ensuring high throughput and low latency. The firewall must support advanced security features including stateful inspection, intrusion prevention, application control, AI-powered anti-malware, SSL/TLS deep packet inspection, and secure VPN capabilities. Physical interfaces include multiple GE RJ45 ports, SFP fiber slots, and 10 GE SFP+ slots. The vendor must also provide migration services ensuring minimal downtime with a detailed rollback plan. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and possess valid authorization as reseller or partner of the OEM. Experience in supplying similar equipment over the last three years is required along with local presence in Islamabad or Rawalpindi for pre-sales and technical support.
