Frame Work Agreement for Local Purchase of Medicines at WAPDA Hospital Complex Lahore

WAPDA Hospital Complex Lahore invites sealed bids for the execution of a Frame Work Agreement for the local purchase of medicines. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 with funds reserved accordingly. Eligible prequalified bidders registered with income tax and sales tax departments and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (FBR) who are chemists or pharmacies holding a valid drug sales license are invited to participate. Items being procured: - Local purchase of medicines under the Frame Work Agreement Bidding will be conducted through a Single Stage-Single Envelope Bidding Procedure under Public Procurement Rules 2004 (as amended). A bid security of Rs.250,000/- in the form of CDR, Pay Order, DD, or Bank Guarantee is required. Bidding documents can be obtained from www.wapda.gov.pk or from the office of the Medical Superintendent upon payment of Rs.1000/-. Original sealed bids must reach WAPDA Hospital Complex, 210 Ferozepur Road, Lahore by 09-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the conference hall.
