Tender Description
The Tehsil Headquarter Hospital Sandeman Abad Sanghar invites bids for a Frame Work Contract for the fiscal year 2026-27 for the purchase of various medical and related items. This procurement is managed by the Medical Superintendent of the hospital and is aimed at fulfilling the hospital’s requirements for essential medicines, surgical disposables, laboratory chemicals, printing materials, oxygen gas, and hematology analyzer reagents.

The procurement covers a wide range of medical supplies and consumables essential for hospital operations. The contract will be awarded based on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) rules 2014 (Amended to Date 2014). The estimated cost for these items is approximately **PKR 25.1 million**, with bid security required at 2% of the estimated cost for each category.
Eligible bidders must comply with all PPRA regulations and submit their bids through the EPADS online system by 10:00 AM on 30-07-2026. The technical bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on the same day.
