The District Police Office Murree invites tenders under a Frame Work Contract for procurement of various items for the financial year 2026-2027 in accordance with Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 (up to date). This procurement is open to GST/PST and Income/Withholding Tax registered firms. Items being procured: - AO3901 Office Stationery - AO3902 Printing Materials - AO3955 Computer Stationery - AO3970-001 Electric & Sanitary Items - AO3970-001 Cleaning and Other Items - AO3970-001 Items under head Others / Store - AO3970-001 Diet, Lunch Box etc. - AO3970-039 Funds for Muharram Duties - AO3970-050 Road Safety Items - AO9203 IT Equipment - AO9601 Purchase of Plant & Machinery - AO9701 Purchase of Furniture & Fixtures - A13001 Repair/Denting Painting of Vehicles/M.Cycles including Spare Parts, Batteries, Tyre & Tubes - A13303 Repair/Renovation of Police Buildings - AO3906 Uniform & Protective Clothing - AO3807 POL (Lubricants) - A13201 Repair of Furniture & Fixtures - A13101 Repair of Plant & Machinery - AO3970-040 Bed & Boxes - AO3304 Hot & Cold Weather Charges - Sale of Used Engine Oil The scope covers supply and repair works including office and computer stationery, electric and sanitary items, cleaning, diet and lunch boxes, funds for Muharram duties, road safety items, IT equipment, plant and machinery, furniture, vehicle repairs, police building renovations, uniforms, lubricants, beds and boxes, weather charges, and sale of used engine oil. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and maintain quality and rates until 30-06-2027. Bid security of 2% of estimated cost is required via CDR through Punjab e-procurement system. Performance guarantee of 10% is required for uniform supplies. Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab EP Procurement Portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/) by 07-09-2026 before 11:30 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 2:00 PM in the presence of the procurement committee and participating firms. Financial bids will be opened tentatively on 18-09-2026 at 12:00 PM.
