Punjab Forensic Science Authority (PFSA) Lahore invites tenders under single stage two envelope basis on E.Procurement from sales tax and income tax registered firms for the provision of various goods. The procurement is for the following frame work contracts: - Frame Work Contract for Purchase of Stationery Items - Frame Work Contract for Purchase of Computer Stationery Items - Frame Work Contract for Purchase of Printing Items - Frame Work Contract for Purchase of Other / Miscellaneous Items The procurement will be carried out through the E.Procurement system of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority only. Interested bidders must register on the E.Procurement portal to be eligible for participation. Tender documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions are available at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk and the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Technical and financial proposals must be prepared in accordance with the tender documents and submitted on or before 22.10.2026, no later than 1100 hours via E.Procurement. Technical proposals will be opened the same day at 1130 hours. Manual bids will not be accepted. If the last submission date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening. Eligibility includes being a sales tax and income tax registered firm with valid registration on E.Procurement portal.
