Tender Description
The Police Department (Police Response Unit) Lahore invites E-Bids for a Frame Work Contract for the financial year 2026-2027 under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. This tender is open to well reputed and financially sound firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Departments, Punjab Sales Tax (where applicable), and Professional Tax. The procurement is LOT wise and covers a wide range of supplies and services required by the department in Lahore.

The scope includes supply and repair of office and computer stationery, printing and publication services, purchase and repair of plant, machinery, furniture, fixtures, and transport-related services including lubricants and oils. The contract is for the entire financial year and requires bidders to comply with technical specifications and terms outlined in the bidding documents.
Eligibility criteria include valid PEC registration where applicable, FBR and ATL registration, and relevant experience in similar contracts. Bidders must submit a 3% bid security in the form of CDR/Bank Guarantee/Pay Order in favor of SP/PRU Lahore before the submission deadline. Performance guarantee at 5% of the contract value will be required upon acceptance.
The E-Bids must be submitted online via the E-Procurement Punjab system before the deadline of 10th August 2026 at 11:30 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your technical samples and brochures for each item are complete and clearly labeled as these will be evaluated critically. Also, timely submission of the original bid security is crucial to avoid disqualification.
