Frame Work Contracts for Purchase of Various Store Items and Services FY 2026-27 at Punjab Institute of Neurosciences Lahore

Punjab Institute of Neurosciences (PINS) Lahore invites sealed tenders from financially sound, income tax and sales tax registered firms for frame work contracts and outsourcing services for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Printing Store Items - Stationery Store Items - General Store Items - Medical Waste Management Items - Linen Store Items - Uniform & Liveries - I.T Store Items - Building Store Items (Civil & Electrical) - Cost of Other Store Items - CT, MRI, X-Ray Films - Disposable Items for CSSD & Theatre, Lab Kits & Chemicals - Laundry Services for Washing of Linen Items with Material - Support, Repair Maintenance Services for Neuro-Diagnostic Information Management System & Picture Archiving Communication System (PACS) Support & Maintenance Services (Hardware & Software) The scope covers procurement of diverse store items including printing, stationery, general, medical waste management, linen, uniforms, IT, building materials (civil and electrical), and costly items such as CT, MRI, and X-Ray films. Additionally, disposable items for CSSD, theatre, lab kits, and chemicals are included. Outsourcing laundry services for linen washing and technical support and maintenance for neuro-diagnostic and PACS systems (hardware and software) are also part of the tender. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, possess relevant experience, and comply with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. The tender follows a single stage two envelope procedure requiring submission of technical and financial bids separately. Earnest Money and CDR submission rules apply as per bidding documents. The last date for submission of tenders is 22nd July 2026 by 11:30 AM with opening at 12:30 PM.
