Frame Work Contract for Procurement of Local Purchase of Medicine and Surgical Disposable Items for Thal (MNS) Hospital Layyah

Tehsil Head Quarters Thal (MNS) Hospital Layyah invites sealed bids for a framework contract for the Financial Year 2026-27. The procurement involves Local Purchase of Medicine (Day to Day) and Surgical Disposable Items under the Sehat Sahulat Program/Universal Health Insurance Medicine & Surgical Disposable Items. Items being procured: - Local Purchase of Medicine (Day to Day) - Surgical Disposable Items - Sehat Sahulat Program/Universal Health Insurance Medicine & Surgical Disposable Items The procurement is conducted through Open Competitive Bidding using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 (amended). Eligible bidders include Income Tax / GST / PST filer Registered Partnerships, Proprietors, Firms, and Companies with relevant experience. Bidding documents can be obtained from the office of the Medical Superintendent during working hours or downloaded from the E-PADS website. Documents are also available on the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk until the closing date. Sealed bids must be delivered to the office of the Medical Superintendent on or before 10:00 a.m. dated 23-11-2026, accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee in favor of MS THQ Thal (MNS) Hospital Layyah from any Scheduled Bank of Pakistan. Bidders must provide a security bond/stamp of Rs.100 attested by the commissioner. Bidders must comply with all rules and regulations and must not be involved in any legal proceedings against any government institution. Bids will be opened at 10:30 a.m. on 23-11-2026 in the presence of bidders' representatives at the office of the Medical Superintendent THQ Thal (MNS) Hospital Layyah. Bidders are requested to submit their best and final prices inclusive of all taxes, duties, and levies. No negotiations will be entertained. Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules. NTN, Sales Tax registration certificate, and other required documents must be provided.
