Tender Description
The Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) invites bids for a Framework Agreement under the Pakistan Raises Revenue Program (PRRP) for the procurement and installation of External Electrification Systems for Digital Enforcement Stations (DES) at Indus Sites, Phase-I (10 Sites). This procurement is divided into three Lots covering multiple sites:
- Lot 1: DI Khan Hakla Motorway M-14 (CPEC) (BOQ-1), Kala Bagh Bridge (BOQ-2), Jinnah Bridge (BOQ-3), Chashma Barrage (BOQ-04)
- Lot 2: Guddu Barrage (BOQ-05), Kotri Bridge (BOQ-06)
- Lot 3: Sehwan (Aral Bridge) (BOQ-07), Sehwan Bhan Saeed Abad (BOQ-08), Khukera (BOQ-9), Hub (Mygarhi or Chleghezi Cut) (BOQ-10)
The Framework Agreement will establish terms for each Lot with a Framework Supplier. Technical specifications, unit rates, and contractual terms will be finalized during procurement. Call-off Contracts will be issued as administrative Work Orders for identified sites. Bidders must quote for 100% of the requirements of the respective Lots and sites; partial bids are not allowed.
Eligibility requires submission of a Bid Securing Declaration as per bidding documents. The Framework Agreement term ends on 30th June 2027, with possible extension. Interested bidders can obtain information from the Procurement Specialist at FBR during office hours and download bidding documents from https://fbr.gov.pk/tenders without charge.
Bids must be delivered by 8th October 2026 at 1100 hours to the Procurement Specialist, Program Office (PRRP), Room No. 277-B, Second Floor, FBR House, G-5, Constitution Avenue, Islamabad. Electronic bidding is not permitted. Bids will be publicly opened on the same day at 1130 hours. A Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for 1st September 2026 at 11:30 AM at FBR House, Islamabad, with virtual participation available.
