WAPDA Hospital Mangla invites prequalification applications for a Framework Agreement for the local purchase of medicines for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Local purchase medicines on green slips daily supply The contract will be valid for one year with the possibility of extension for an additional year based on mutual consent and satisfactory performance. Eligible bidders must hold a valid Drug Sale License, be registered with FBR, and have active NTN and STN. Bids must be submitted online through the EPADS version 2.0 portal, accompanied by a bid security of Rs. 1,55,480 in the form of Pay Order, Demand Draft, or CDR, and a performance guarantee of 5% of the estimated budget amounting to Rs. 3,88,700 on E-Stamp.
