Framework Agreement for Purchase of Miscellaneous Office and General Items by Collectorate of Customs Enforcement Islamabad

The Collectorate of Customs Enforcement (Pakistan Customs) Islamabad invites qualified suppliers to prequalify for a Closed Framework Agreement for the purchase of miscellaneous office and general items for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement covers a wide range of goods including general office supplies, cleaning materials, electrical accessories, safety equipment, and other operational items to be supplied on an as-required basis throughout the contract period. Suppliers must be registered with FBR and provide a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) of PKR 100,000 in favor of Deputy Collector (HQ), Collectorate of Customs Enforcement, Islamabad. A No-Blacklisting Affidavit on Judicial Stamp Paper is also required. The procurement will be conducted under a Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method. Applications must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by Monday, October 12, 2026 at 05:00 PM. Late or manual submissions will not be accepted. Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 05:30 PM.
