Tender Description

The Federal Flood Commission (Office of the Chief Engineering Adviser/Chairman Federal Flood Commission(CEA)/(CFFC)) Islamabad Capital Territory is procuring a Framework Agreement for Purchase of Miscellaneous Store Items. This procurement covers a variety of goods including cleaning and hygiene items, electrical and hardware items, housekeeping and utility items, and kitchen and miscellaneous items. The scope includes supply of general purpose cleaning kits, electrical box hardware and accessories, housekeeping units or accessories, and miscellaneous store items as per detailed specifications provided in the bidding documents. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR, have Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status, and provide valid NTN and GST certificates. Experience in supply of similar goods is required along with documentary evidence of completed contracts and financial capacity. Bid security is required as per bidding documents. The procurement will be conducted through a single stage-one envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Bids must be submitted online through EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, April 23, 2026 at 03:00 PM. Hard copy of bid security must be submitted physically at 6-Ataturk Avenue G-5/1, Islamabad Capital Territory before the deadline. Technical and financial bids will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM via EPADS. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 well in advance and ensure compliance with all bid submission requirements.
