Framework Agreement for Supply and Distribution of DAP Fertilizer and Rice with Distribution Channel Establishment

The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Security Support Project Agriculture Department invites bids for a Framework Agreement for the supply and distribution of agricultural inputs in Peshawar Cantt. The procurement involves the supply and distribution of DAP Fertilizer (400,000 bags) and Rice (50,000 bags) along with the establishment of a distribution channel to ensure effective delivery to end users. The scope includes sourcing quality fertilizer and rice, managing logistics, and setting up a distribution network to facilitate timely delivery to farmers and stakeholders. Bidders must demonstrate technical capacity and comply with bid submission requirements as outlined in Addendum No. 02, which revises technical capacity criteria and bid submission/opening dates. Eligible bidders should have relevant experience in agricultural supply chains, valid PEC registration if applicable, and must be registered with FBR and ATL.
