Framework Agreement for Services of Travel Agencies for Procurement of Air Tickets for Ministry of Foreign Affairs Islamabad

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad invites bids from experienced and well reputed travel agencies registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax authorities of the Government of Pakistan and on Active Tax Payers List of the Federal Board of Revenue for Framework Agreement for Services of Travel Agencies for Procurement of Air Tickets in respect of officers/officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Framework Agreement for Services of Travel Agencies for Procurement of Air Tickets The company/travel agency which accepts the offer will be bound to sign a Framework Agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad for a period of three years. The companies/travel agencies who shall sign the Framework Agreement will be formally enlisted on the approved panel of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad for procurement of air tickets on need basis. Bids must be prepared in accordance with the instructions provided in the bidding documents and submitted in hard form. Original Bid Security must be submitted in hard form through legally authorized representatives on the address given in the notice on or before 08th October 2026 at 1500 hours. Bids will be opened on the same day at 1530 hours. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs reserves the right to accept or reject all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules. Bidders should ensure their registration with FBR and Sales Tax authorities and be on the Active Tax Payers List. This tender follows the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure.
