Framework Agreements of Machinery, Hardware, Software, IT Equipment, Furniture Fixture, Repair Building, Fire Safety Equipment etc

The Ministry of Religious Affairs & Interfaith Harmony (MORA) Islamabad invites eligible firms and workshops to prequalify for an Open Framework Agreement for the provision of non-consultancy services covering machinery, hardware, software, IT equipment, furniture fixtures, building repairs, and fire safety equipment. This Framework Agreement will be valid for 36 months and will enable on-demand supply and services through subsequent Call-Off Contracts during the agreement period. Items being procured: - Repair/maintenance of hardware items including printers, computers, UPS, LED displays, fax machines, scanners, photocopiers, air conditioners, water dispensers, refrigerators, CCTV cameras, sound systems, heaters, fans and allied equipment - Repair/maintenance of furniture and fixtures such as sofa sets, chairs, tables, almirahs, cabinets, racks and allied items - Repair/maintenance of buildings and structures including whitewash, aluminium doors/windows, washrooms, PVC panels, corridors, aluminium partitions and allied civil works - Repair of IT equipment - Software related services - Supply, inspection, testing, repair, refilling/recharging, replacement and maintenance of fire safety equipment including fire extinguishers, fire alarm systems, detectors and allied equipment The scope covers repair, maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, installation, and configuration at the Ministry's premises located at 1st Floor, Kohsar Complex, T.U.V. Blocks, Pak Secretariat, Islamabad. Interested applicants must be registered with FBR, hold an Active Taxpayer Certificate, and not be blacklisted. Firms should demonstrate at least three years of relevant experience, financial soundness with a minimum turnover of Rs. 30 million over the last three years, qualified technical staff, and adequate workshop/infrastructure. Applications must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) portal by Monday, October 12, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Vendors not registered on EPADS should complete registration prior to submission. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all required documentary evidence including bank statements, technical staff details, and past performance certificates are complete and uploaded correctly on EPADS to avoid disqualification. Early submission is advised to handle any technical issues on the portal. This prequalification is a critical step to participate in subsequent bidding and contract awards under this Framework Agreement.
