Framework Consultancy for Communication Services (Photography, Videography, Video Production and Graphic Design)

The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH Islamabad office invites expressions of interest for a framework consultancy contract to provide communication services including photography, videography, video production, and graphic design. This contract aims to support GIZ Pakistan projects across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Islamabad in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Items being procured: - Photography services - Videography services - Video production services - Graphic design services The consultancy will operate as a firm providing these services nationwide. Interested firms must meet qualifications including no blacklisting or litigation, valid NTN and Sales Tax registration, registration in Pakistan, a registered office in each region of operation, presence in all provinces or field offices, experience with international organizations, and at least 5 years of experience providing multi-media services to government or development sectors. Firms should submit a company profile with a table of contents addressing all stated requirements and include only relevant information as annexures. The EOI must be submitted in a sealed envelope by 09 September 2026 at GIZ Pakistan, Level 02, Serena Business Complex, Khayaban-e-Suhrawardy, Sector G-5/1, Islamabad. Technical and financial proposals will be requested later from shortlisted firms.
